Bayelsa United Football Club is a Nigerian professional football club based in Yenagoa, the capital of Bayelsa State. Nicknamed the Restoration Boys, the club competes in the Nigeria National League, the second tier of Nigerian football.
Founded in 2000, Bayelsa United has had a somewhat turbulent history. The club has experienced periods of success interspersed with challenges. Despite facing financial difficulties and administrative issues, the Restoration Boys have managed to maintain their presence in the Nigerian football landscape
