Associazione Calcio Monza (AC Monza), or simply Monza, is a professional football club based in Monza, Lombardy, Italy. The team plays in Serie A, the first tier of Italian football, following promotion in the 2021–22 Serie B season. Founded in 1912 as Monza FBC, the club faced financial challenges over the years but returned to Serie B in 2020 after a 19-year absence. In 2022, Monza achieved promotion to Serie A for the first time. Their colors are red and white, and they are nicknamed “i biancorossi” (the white and reds). Monza plays home games at the Stadio Brianteo since 1988.

Monza’s journey began in 1912 after a merger between Pro Italia and Pro Monza. They participated in various Italian leagues and won the Coppa Italia Serie C four times. Silvio Berlusconi’s takeover in 2018 revitalized the club, leading to their return to Serie B and subsequent promotion to Serie A.
