Silver whistle referee, Tran Dinh Thinh dies during fitness test Vietnamese Referee Tran Dinh Thinh has passed away  during a routine fitness test conducted  by the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF)  in preparations for the  forth coming  VPF  season.
