Afrobeats superstar David ‘Davido’ Adeleke will take the stage at the opening concert of the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025 in Rabat, Morocco, on Saturday, just a day before the tournament kicks off.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) confirmed the lineup in a statement on Thursday, revealing an exciting mix of international and local talent.
Leading the global roster alongside Davido is hip-hop star French Montana, while Moroccan audiences will enjoy performances from Douaa Lahyaoui, French Moroccan hitmaker Lartiste, and emerging artist Says’z.
CAF highlighted that the diverse lineup reflects AFCON’s celebration of African culture, music, and global influence.
“The opening concert will set the tone for an unforgettable AFCON in Morocco, uniting football and music on a grand stage,” CAF said.
