NPFL 25 MD 6: Eyimba hails 3SC fans

Former African club football champions, Eyimba International football club of Aba have applauded 3SC fans for their display of sportsmanship during and after their NPFL MD 6 encounter last Sunday , which ended in a goalless draw at Adamsingba stadium in Ibadan.
Eyimba’s gaffer Yemi Olarenwaju in a chat with sports writers at the mix zone , said 3SC fans deserved to be commended for their show of the spirit of sportsmanship in contrast to what had obtained at the Ibadan football theatre in the past.
According to him, his side denied the home side the vital three points, the atmosphere was electrifying and devoid of the banal hostilities of the past.
He further commended the massive turn out by Ibadan fans to watch the match, adding that the Oluyole fans have shown that they cherish and savor good football, which was impressive, he said.
He expressed his commendation over how the home fans cheered and gingered good runs , when made from both sides, noting that this attitude should be sustained and also to be emulated in all NPFL match venues.
