Nigeria’s young boxer, Badoo wins GOtv Best Boxer
Raheem ‘Badoo’ Animashaun last Thursday at Tafawa Balewa Square knocked arch-rival Hammeed ‘Ese’ Ganiyu to emerge the winner of the 32nd edition of the GOtv Boxing night.
Badoo had also emerged as the Best Boxer in May 2024 winning Moji Ogunsanya Trophy.
Raheem Badoo Animashaun the West African Boxing Union (WABU) Champion got a record of 6Kos in 12 fights with no loss, while his rival on the night, Hammeed Ese Ganiyu has 4 wins, 7 loses in 11 bouts.
Speaking with sports writers , Badoo cautioned Ese, who had protested against the outcome of the match to be gentlemanly, he assured him of a rematch, if requested to do so,
