Ahead of 2026 CAVB African Women’s Nations Cup: Nigeria Invites 26 Players To Camp
Nigeria volleyball national team handlers have invited 26 players to commence camping ahead of the forth coming African Women’s Volleyball Nations Cup.
The Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF) has invited the players to camp at the high-performance training camp in FCT Abuja, the country’s capital city.
African Women’s Nations Cup, would be hosted in Nairobi, Kenya, from August 23 to September 5, 2026.
The players invited for the continental showdown are a mix of local and foreign based players expected to arrive the camp sited at the Package B, Moshood Abiola stadium, FCT Abuja.

Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF) said The Nigeria Volleyball Federation urges all invited players and officials to report to camp as scheduled. The camping programme is designed to ensure the team attains peak physical, tactical, and technical readiness ahead of the championship in Nairobi.”
“The Federation expresses confidence in the quality and commitment of the invited athletes and technical crew and remains optimistic that the team will proudly represent Nigeria at the 2026 CAVB African Women’s Nations Cup.”
