NFF Elections: Sales of forms begins

The NFF Electoral Committee has unveiled the roadmap to this year’s NFF Executive Committee elections scheduled to 27^th September in Lafia, capital city of Nasarawa State.

The roadmap reveals that the publication of rules and guidelines for the polls, and commencement of sale of forms will be Saturday, 1^st August, with Wednesday, 12^th August set as the deadline for the submission of the collected forms.

Notification to candidates of any irregularity in documents submitted to the Committee will be between 13^th – 19^th August, candidates’ regularisation will happen 20^th – 27^th August, and screening of candidates will be 27^th – 30^th August.

The list of cleared candidates will be published on 31^st August, with disqualified candidates given between 1^st and 3^rd September to appeal, and determination of appeals to be done 4^th – 10^th September.

The final list of cleared candidates will be made public 11^th – 12^th September, and the publication of delegates’ list is set for 13^th September. Cleared candidates will be able to campaign from 14^th – 24^th September, while the deadline for submission of election petitions will be 30^th September.
