It was a special night for Kylian Mbappé against Marseille as he netted a brace to secure a 2-1 win for Real Madrid in their Champions League opener. Mbappe’s second goal brought up a special landmark as he reached 50 goals in the famous white shirt. Sanudo’s time at Madrid ended as he was required for military service during the Spanish Civil War but he famously scored four goals in their record 8-2 win over Barcelona in 1935.
Gaspar Rubio ranks second with Cristiano Ronaldo in third place. The iconic Portuguese attacker needed 54 games to reach the milestone after his €94 million move from Manchester United in 2009. Alongside Ronaldo, Alfredo Di Stefano is widely regarded as Madrid’s best ever player and he ranks fourth.
