Monday, 9 May marks 22 years, after the demise of one of the finest football tactician produced in the history of northern Nigeria, late coach Ado Zubairu Danbatta of the renown Jigawa golden stars .
Indeed, his contributions, not only to the career of players’ in that era , but he immensely influenced the development of their careers through his philosophy .
Late coach Ado cannot be easily forgotten. His memory shall continue to linger in the football space, and evergreen in the minds of his disciples.
The teeming youth footballers, who witnessed his golden football coaching era will remain indebted to him and shall continue to pray for the repose of his soul.
The wide vacuum created by his death is still unfilled hence I pray that our football ecosystem will have in abundance the pool coaches with his ideology philosophy and foresight.
