Niger Tornadoes fc cautions Minna fans against NPFL wrath
Nigeria premier league side, Niger Tornadoes have cautioned their fans against indulging in actions that could incur the wrath of league governing body.
The club told its fans that their further unruly conducts could affect the fortunes of the club in the ongoing NPFL campaign season.
The Secretary of the club , Jibrin Haruna, in an viral interview urged the club fans and supporters to abide by the warnings issued to the club by the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
He cautioned that the failure to adhere to the warnings issued by the league organizers club culminate to the handing out of severe sanctions on the club,.
He expressed the fears that any iota of unsporting conduct by the Minna fans could lead to the banishment of the club from their traditional Minna home ground .
Haruna disclosed that NPFL has issued an final warning to the club bordering on security breaches and misconduct.
He appealed to the fans, saying “Our supporters have always been our strength, but at this critical stage, we must show responsibility and discipline. We cannot afford to lose our home advantage because of avoidable incidents,” .
“We are calling on all our fans to rally behind the team in a civil and orderly manner. Let us finish the season violence free and protect the pride of Niger Tornadoes,” he pleaded .
