President Tinubu stops Shehu Dikko, DG Olopade from revenue collection

The National Sports Commission , NSC has been listed amongst the 63 Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) that their revenue collection powers have been transferred to the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS). Our correspondent reports.
Mallam Shehu Dikko is the chairman of the National Sports Commission, NSC, Bukola Olopade is the Director General of the sports commission.
The transfer is backed under the Nigeria Revenue Service NRS laws .
According to our checks, under the new NRS scope, the collection of taxes, fees, levies, duties would no longer be collected by the 63 government bodies, the National Sports Commission, NSC inclusive .
The Federal Government noted that the affected bodies would now rely on federal allocations and no longer on internally generated revenue.
